I wish I had a time machine so I could go back in time.
I would make sure that my alarm clock was working so I wouldn't be in such a bind.
My teacher is so evil I think she's going to kill me.
It's my third time late this week and I hope she doesn't see
That every time I'm late for school I have ice cream on my shirt.

It's not my fault I walk to school and go by that darn candy store.
It calls to me and begs to me, "Come in and get some more."
So as I stand at the door waiting, watching, hoping.
My evil teacher smiles at me and says, "Well stop your moping,
I'm sure you have a good excuse so please take a seat dear."

I always wondered if she knew and then one day on her shirt
My evil teacher Mrs. Short had on her sleeve some frozen dessert.
